In accordance with the UNI 11560:2022 standard, Sicurpal is able to provide all periodic and extraordinary checks and inspections on the devices.
Our company, in accordance with the provisions of UNI EN 795:2012 - UNI 11560:2022, requires that lifelines and anchoring systems be inspected at least every 2 years.
Sicurpal can also perform inspections on existing systems of all brands, guaranteeing maximum assistance and collaboration to carry out all the checks required by current regulations.
Specifically, to service existing systems, installation documents and product conformity certificates are required. It's important to note that without the manufacturer's conformity certificate, the installed system cannot be used or serviced, and must therefore be replaced.

Our technicians are able to produce all the documentation required by the regulations relating to anchoring systems, or provide technical support for their drafting.
Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments require training and experience for those installing fall arrest systems, as these devices are required for the use of Category III PPE (life-threatening).
Similarly, Legislative Decree 81/08 requires the use of competent and trained personnel. Therefore, it is mandatory for lifeline installers to attend training courses on the installation of anchoring systems, which include the issuance of a formal certificate demonstrating their skills (see Legislative Decree 81/08, art. 26).
The installation of a fall arrest system must be carried out according to the project specifications and the technical manual to ensure watertightness in accordance with the UNI EN 795:2012 - UNI 11560:2022 standards. Upon completion of installation, an assembly inspection and anchor verification are mandatory.
By completing the declaration of correct assembly, the installer assumes full responsibility for carrying out the work in a workmanlike manner.
For assembly and inspection, Sicurpal relies on highly qualified in-house installers equipped with the appropriate equipment to apply the loads on the fasteners required by technical standards (UNI EN 795:2012) and to detect, read, and record the tests. Sicurpal's equipment allows for the preparation and release of official and comprehensive documentation on the results and execution of the various inspection tests.
Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments establishes, among the general protection measures, the obligation to verify the "regular maintenance of environments, equipment, systems, with particular attention to safety devices in compliance with the manufacturers' instructions" (Article 15, paragraph 1, letter z) and technical standards (UNI 11560:2022).
Legislative Decree 81/08 places the responsibility for scheduling periodic inspections on the client or owner of the property.
In case of a fall arrest by the system, an extraordinary inspection is also mandatory before proceeding with further use.
