Installer of permanent anchor systems
Sicurpal, in collaboration with AIPAA (Italian Association for Fall Protection and Occupational Safety), organizes training courses for the installation of lifelines and permanent anchorage systems.
In Italy, training courses for obtaining the professional qualification of Installer of Permanent Anchorage Systems have been regulated by the recent Italian UNI 11900 standard of 2023 (Unregulated professional activities – Installer of anchorage systems – Requirements of knowledge, skills, autonomy, and responsibility). The aim is to increase the safety of installed systems through certified recognition of installers' skills, divided into three levels: basic, intermediate, and advanced.
These courses are aimed at craftsmen, tinsmiths, photovoltaic system installers, construction builders, and anchorage system installers and manufacturers.
Thanks to the training courses and qualification exam, it is possible to certify professional skills for installing and carrying out both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on lifelines.
