PBS: the lifeline for roofs with reduced load bearing capacity

PBS LIFELINE
for low structural resistance buildings

The PBS lifeline is the device created by Sicurpal staff to create anchors on small structures, reducing the load generated by the lifeline system in the event of an operator fall.

Low visual impact and attention to waterproofing are the key criteria behind the creation of this lifeline. The vertical body of the product is made up of two different sections:

• The lower, bulkier section (40 mm in diameter) facilitates installation and application of the waterproofing layer . This section, measuring just 20 cm in height, can therefore remain hidden within the roofing package.
• The upper, visible part of the PBS lifeline is made of high-quality material (pickled 304 stainless steel) and has a diameter suitable for remaining rigid during normal use of the lifeline, which will only undergo deformation in the event of a fall by the operator.
