The increasing market need for effective and yet economical solutions pushed the research and development department of Sicurpal to improve ECONOMY LINE, one of our long-standing lines.
Economy Line, in compliance with EN 795 Type C, is the case in point that shows Sicurpal’s goal of delivering high standards of quality while effectively reducing costs.
Economy Line devices (poles and plates) are the ultimate compromise: the steel they are made of undertakes an hot-dip-galvanization (both inside and outside the pole) so to ensure a long-lasting corrosion-resistance and yet writing off expenses.
Hot-dip-galvanizing is the most economical solution in terms of life cycle costs, i.e. the total cost of maintenance throughout the expected lifespan of the steel devices and the expenses for their replacement. This process indeed is a sturdy protective armor against corrosion, ten times more than any other painting solution.
ECONOMY LINE is suitable for both wall and ground fixing, because of both poles and plates that can be compounded in the same lifeline in order to allow a wide range of solutions, suitable for any roof design and angle.
