According to the update of Regional Government Decree no. 699/2015, the technical document is a document drawn up by a qualified technician that must specifically contain:
design solutions with evidence of compliance with general design criteria
the graphic documents on an appropriate scale indicating the routes, accesses, safety measures and systems for protection against falls from a height to protect people accessing, transiting and working on the roof and/or on the FVCM;
detailed photographic documentation illustrating the installation carried out;
calculation report containing the verification of the resistance of the structural elements of the roof and/or the FVCM to the forces transmitted by the permanent devices, supplied with the work, against falls from a height or test certificate signed by the qualified technician;
manufacturer certifications;
declaration of correct installation by the installer;
user manual;
maintenance schedule.
