The 2012 revision has not been recognized as harmonized for use with Category III PPE against falls from a height by the European Commission pursuant to EEC Law 89/686. Furthermore, it should be noted that Regulation 795/2012 requires removability, so in theory they should be disassembled after use. However, no one can guarantee they can be mounted on another roof due to the actual variations. Finally, they are intended for a single user. This is in clear violation of the safety standards set forth in Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments.
